Evo Twin consists of two buildings, Evo Hunt House and Evo Lakeside Villa, renovated in 2019 which are well suited for private customers and business customers alike for various events including parties, recreational events, meetings, group accommodation and all-round vacations next to the grand and peaceful nature. Evo Twin’s main gate showcases an extensive private ground with an ample 20-person barbeque shelter with terraces and tables. The multiple terraces offer a picturesque view down the slope to the eastern nook of the Lake Kaitalampi.
Absolute peace and privacy are guaranteed first by a closed main gate by the main entrance, but also by the form of the terrain which eliminates any visual contact to Evo Grand Villa. Here the terraces point to south and the sunny hill is naturally luminated long in to the evening.
Evo Peace’s 7-hectare forest area is surrounded by the 4800-hectare Evo hiking area with its plentiful designated hiking trails. You can access these hiking trails directly from Evo Twins private grounds or by car just a short drive away since there are countless starting points and even more to see and experience on the way. In the winter there is a luminated ski track near Evo Twin as well as sled hills in the yard. Various activities and tours can be organized through us including guided wild herb-, mushroom-, and berry tours and for our sport-minded guests we offer rental equipment as well as guided snowshoe-, kayak-, and fatbike tours.
Both of Evo Twin’s buildings (90 m2 and 130 m2) are villas equipped with all modern comforts including own kitchens, sauna- and shower facilities. Evo Twin’s generous terrace with a barbeque shelter, a fireplace, a 20-person table group and a hot tub offers the means for organizing a handsome barbeque party with plenty of space for socializing and grilling together. Both saunas have a direct access with clean feet to the villas’ own terraces and onwards to the large terrace’s wood-heated hot tub to finalize the ultimate sauna relaxation!
Evo Twin is also well suited for business meetings and recreational evens since both villas have spacious living areas which work nicely for hosting meetings and the LED TV works also as a presentation screen. The space can be split into two separate rooms which is great for team working and hosting two simultaneous meetings.
Accommodation: The 90 m2 Evo Hunt House has a total of 7 to 8 bed places in two bedrooms and on the living room’s extra mattresses. The 130 m2 Evo Lakeside Villa has a total of 13 to 16 bed places in 3 bedrooms and on the living room’s extra mattresses. All-in-all Evo Twin has a total of 5 bedrooms and 20 to 24 bed places. If needed, there are more extra mattresses available. Our most venturesome guests are welcome to sleep in the barbeque hut which also works for accommodation purposes in summertime. Altogether Evo Twin is suited for approx. 20-person groups.
Living and meeting areas: Both villas have a living room with a large table to organize small meetings. You can hook up your laptop to an LED TV with a HDMI cable for presentation use.
The entire Evo Peace area has a free high-speed wireless internet network, which includes not only villas, gardens and beach areas, but also the Wilderness Barn on the edge of the area. In addition to normal web surfing, the Wi-Fi also allows to organize meetings and seminars in the Evon Peace garden areas!
Cooking: Evo Twin’s two kitchens have tableware, cookware and serveware for 22 persons. Both kitchens also have a stove, a kitchen hood, a microwave and Hunt House kitchen also a dishwasher. As the night grows darker you can use the terrace area’s coal-heated grill to prepare some delicacies. Alternatively, you can use the barbeque hut’s open fire for cooking, although the hut can also be used for cooking with coal. Firewood can be found from the firewood shed.
Sauna- shower- and toilet facilities: Evo Twin offers two electric saunas and two shower rooms (one in each building), which have a clean direct access through the terrace to the wood-heated hot tub for maximum relaxation. There are a total of two toilets, one in each cottage.
Programme services: The diverse hiking trails with various lengths add up to a total length of 70 km and are one of the reasons for many to seek out Evo and its unique nature. Hike and trek on foot in the summer and on skis and snowshoes in the winter. Evo Twin works well as a base for making daytrips around the vast hiking area.
Through us you can order different yard games and sport equipment as well as guided activities to Evo Twin. Our services include various tours, competitions and other nature-minded activities.
Swimming and fishing: Approximately 400 meters from Evon Twin, is Lake Ylinen Rautjärvi, which has a private beach for Evo Peace guests and also one rowing boat available. At the sandy beach you can stop for a swim or go fishing to entirety of three lakes. See Area Fishing Map. Lake Niemisjärvi’s recreational fishing area is just a 10-minute drive away. There is also planted fish available for increased chances. There is no private beach or beach sauna at Evo Twin.
Pricing: Our price for accommodation and meeting services is tailored for the customer and the final price depends on group size, time frame and length of stay. We reserve the right to change our pricing. Remember to make an offer request by filling the form.
The price includes both Evo Twin villas with the use of both saunas. Additional services offer the barbeque hut, the Wilderness Barn, the hot tub, final clean-up, towels and sheets with the beds made or sheets as a stack. We’ll also gladly offer kayaks and rowboats for rent, programme services, catering services and other work services such a preheated saunas and hot tub before our customers arrival.
