Evo Peace is a unique and private entity of 7 acres of forest and three villas in Hämeenlinna. It is located in the middle of the eponymous Evo national landscape. Evo area is located only about 50 to 150 kilometers from the growth centers of Southern Finland. Evo Peace is a former State Wildlife Research Station. Evo Peace is suitable for events around 20–100 people all year round, where the participants’ own peace and privacy are important. Evo Peace consists of Evo Grand Villa, Evo Lakeside Villa and Evo Hunt House. The Lakeside Villa and Hunt House are mainly available as Evo Twin entirety, consisting both villas. The area also allows meetings, seminars, private parties, and other events to be organized. Also just a leisurely holidays!
The entire Evo Peace area has a free high-speed wireless internet network, which includes not only villas, gardens and beach areas, but also the Wilderness Barn on the edge of the area.
In addition to the three villas, there is already an atmospheric lakeshore sauna, and Wilderness Barn, a log-house for parties. There are as many as 3 hot tubs in the area. Swimming and boating can be reached from the area’s own beach to Kaitalampi and within walking distance of Ylinen Rautjärvi beach.
Especially in winter, Evo Peace offers an extraordinary milieu for example for ice-swimming, ice hockey or ice skating.
All the villas in the area are warmed up with ecological geothermal heat. Also air conditioning is handled by air heat pumps during summer time.

Three villas in Evo Peace area
Evo Grand Villa is the main building of Evo Peace area. The two-storey multifunction villa of 420 square meters at the very atmospheric Kaitalampi beach offers a total of 15 bedrooms sleeping up to 35 people. The building features 2 fully equipped kitchens and spacious and modular living areas with two 65-inch wide-screen televisions. The building also has a spacious sauna compartment with direct access to the terrace, three hot tubs and Kaitalampi beach! Watch the video presentation.
If there is less than 6 weeks at the beginning of the reservation, you can rent the building’s ground floor separately as an Evo Lake Apartment. If your group needs complete peace and privacy, you can rent the whole Evo Peace area, including Grand Villa and Evo Twin, which includes two well-equipped villas.
Between the building and the beach, there is a terrace with barbecue area and hot tubs, as well as rough timber bench and table sets.

Evo Lakeside Villa is a 120-square-meter multifunction villa, equipped with all modern conveniences and with its own modern sauna compartment. Beds the villa offers about 13–16 people in three bedrooms and sofa beds.
An open-plan living room with a 55-inch widescreen TV provides the opportunity to use the Lakeside Villa as a separate meeting room and as a group meeting room for a larger meeting.

Evo Hunt House is the newest building in Evo Peace area, built in the 1980’s for a hostess for a wildlife research station. The renovation of the building for tourism has been completed in 2019 and includes all the modern conveniences – naturally also with its own electric sauna. Beds the house offers about 7–8 people in two bedrooms and sofa beds.
The cozy living room with a 55-inch widescreen TV provides the opportunity to use the Hunt House also as a separate meeting room as a group meeting room for a larger meeting.
