The additional accommodation services available in all of our destinations include final cleaning, linens and towels, bathing tubs and outside fireplaces. In some destinations, services such as outside hot tubs, additional saunas, game rooms, barbecue shelters, and other additional spaces. We also provide various work services available at our destinations during or before the renting period. All additional services must be reserverd at least 14 days before the start of the accommodation.
The final cleaning service includes thorough cleaning of the villa after a visit. According to our terms of booking, the villa must be in an acceptably normal condition even when final cleaning has been ordered. Dishes are to be washed and any foodstuffs brought in by guests must be removed. Moved pieces of furniture must be returned to their original positions. Final cleaning is also available with dishwashing after a visit. Dishwashing liquid for hand and machine washing is always included in the basic price of the villa booking.
The linen service includes bottom sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, and sauna towels. Linens can be reserved with the beds already made or with the linens placed in a pile for the guests to freely use. Duvets, pillows as well as toilet paper and handtowels are always included in the basic booking price.
There are 1–4 wood-heated hot tubs in any of our villas. One hot tubs fits 6–8 bathers. Hot tubs are available for order pre-heated or with heating instructions. In especially cold weather (−15 °C or colder), we do not recommend using the hot tubs. Whenever cold weather prevents the use of the hot tubs, we will return the booking price of the hot tubs. We always notify guests before the start of their accommodation if the use of hot tubs is not recommended.
All of our villas include at least one outside fireplace or lean-to. Firewood is included in access to outside fireplaces or lean-tos. Our destinations do not readily have other facilities for barbecueing, but a portable gas grill for barbecuing sausages and steaks is available for booking.
An additional sauna is available for booking in villas with more than one sauna. All basic prices for our destinations include the use of one electric sauna (wood-heated sauna in Evo Syväjärvi). Wood-heated saunas are available for booking with pre-heating.
Outside jacuzzis provide relaxing bathing experiences year-round. The availability of jacuzzi booking is noted on the introduction page of each villa. The jacuzzis are electric and ready for immediate use.
