GENERAL INFORMATION: The Räyskälä Grand Villa is a multi-purpose villa for both large and small groups, suitable for conferences, seminars, training sessions, celebrations, events, and camps. The villa is situated in the lakeside scenery of the Loppi Peace area.

MAIN HALL AND LOUNGE/CONFERENCE SPACES: The main hall, spanning approximately 100 square metres, along with the adjoining lounge and kitchen, can accommodate nearly 80 guests with its plentiful dining tables and sofa groups. The space can also be used for meetings and seminars by rearranging the tables. There are 2 flat-screen TVs in the main hall, which can serve as presentation screens during conferences, and a data projector with retractable screen. The venue is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi.

On the windowed wall of the hall, there is a 7-metre-long scenery bar, providing a picturesque view of the lake below. Sofa groups at the end and edges of the hall offer a place to relax after meals or conferences. Adjacent to the main hall is a separate lounge area furnished with sofa groups and equipped with a television. The downstairs lounge areas offer extra amenities for an additional fee, including table football and billiards.

ACCOMMODATION: There are beds for approximately 35 guests in 11 separate bedrooms, in the two sleeping lobbies, and on sofa beds and extra beds. For an additional fee, a separate corner apartment located in the west wing of the villa can be rented, offering 7 additional beds across 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main room. The maximum total sleeping capacity is 48 guests.

For an additional fee, guests may also rent the luxurious penthouse apartment with approximately 15 sleeping places, located on the top floor of the villa and scheduled for completion in early spring 2026, as well as a corner apartment situated in the western wing of the villa, offering a total of 7 sleeping places across three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main hall. Including these additional apartments, the property can accommodate up to a maximum of 63 guests in total.

Extra mattresses are available if needed. There are enough blankets and pillows corresponding to the number of bed places.

KITCHENS: The spacious open kitchen is equipped with tableware for at least 60 guests, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, Moccamaster coffee makers, electric kettles, and toasters. For guests who love to cook, there is an a separately rentable multi-function kitchen next to the main hall, providing facilities for cooking for even larger groups.

There are a total of 4 refrigerators in the kitchens, providing approximately 750 liters of cold storage space. There are 2 freezers with a combined capacity of approximately 190 liters.

SAUNAS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: In the Grand Villa, there are 3 separate sauna sections. The large wood-heated sauna can accommodate 8-10 people on its benches at a time. There are 3 showers in the shower room and comfortable changing rooms for about 10 guests. A smaller electric sauna, shower, and changing room provide space for 2-4 sauna-goers. For larger groups, there is a separately rentable sauna section of 50 square metres, including a sauna room for 10-14 people, a changing room, and a shower room. There are a total of 7 toilets in the villa.

OUTDOOR AREAS AND HOT TUBS: The terrace is equipped with 3 wood-heated hot tubs. There is a log-built barbecue shelter with a brick fireplace by Lake Kaartjärvi, and in front of the shelter, there’s a separate bonfire spot. The shelter can accommodate about 15 people at a time.

FISHING, BOATING, AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: The Räyskälä Grand Villa is located just about 20 metres from the shoreline, providing easy access to fishing, ice fishing in the winter, boating, or kayaking on Lake Kaartjärvi. Guided tours, fishing instruction, and equipment rental are also available for our villa guests.

The Räyskälä Grand Villa’s sandlot offers great opportunities for football or volleyball. The versatile hiking and mountain biking trails of Poronpolku also run close to the villa.

PRICES: The prices include the use of the multi-purpose villa and 2 saunas. A separate sauna section of about 50 square metres, a separate corner apartment and indoor games are available at an additional cost. Additional services that can be ordered include hot tubs, a multi-function kitchen, the grill shelter, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or provided separately, and towels. We also offer boat and canoe rentals, programme services, catering services, and work services such as preparing saunas and hot tubs before the guests arrive. Please note that all additional services must be ordered at least 14 days before arrival.
