LOPPI PEACE is a complex of two villas located in Räyskälä of Loppi, in the midst of the beautiful Tavastia lake highlands. Although our Loppi Peace destinations are situated in the midst of nature, they are still just a little over an hour’s drive from the major cities of Southern Finland.
Loppi Peace includes the Räyskälä Grand Villa and Loppi Luxus, which was completed by Christmas 2023, located next to each other on the shores of Lake Kaartjärvi. A secluded wilderness-themed hideaway, the Loppi Wilderness Villa, is visible a couple of kilometres away on the shores of Lake Syvälahti. The west end of the Grand Villa is also available for limited sale as a separate unit, the Räyskälä Lake Apartment.
Loppi Peace is suitable year-round for events with approximately 50-150 people, where the guests peace and privacy take top priority. Loppi Peace allows for the organisation of business conferences and seminars, as well as private celebrations and events, all without sacrificing the tranquility of a vacation!
We are also happy to arrange transportation services between the main area of Loppi Peace and the separate Loppi Wilderness Villa, for example, during events where the Wilderness Villa serves as additional accommodation or a group workspace. All villas in Loppi Peace have a Wi-Fi network that covers the outdoor areas as well.
THE COMPLEX includes two multifunctional villas as well as one separate sauna. In Loppi Peace, there are a total of 4 wood-heated hot tubs. You can go swimming and boating from the area’s private beaches at Lake Kaartjärvi. Especially in winter, Loppi Peace provides an exceptional environment for activities such as ice swimming, ice fishing competitions, or ice skating races. The area also has a comprehensive network of hiking trails.

Our destinations in Loppi Peace
Räyskälä Grand Villa offers a rugged wilderness-themed setting for events of all sizes for our corporate and private customers. This multifunctional villa, equipped with all amenities, is located right on the shore of Lake Kaartjärvi and can accommodate up to 50 guests. The west end of the villa, known as the Räyskälä Lake Apartment, can be booked as a separate unit when a reservation is made at least 6 weeks before arrival.
Loppi Luxus is a log-built multifunctional villa on the shore of Lake Kaartjärvi, completed by Christmas 2023. This villa, equipped with all amenities, is designed with the needs of demanding corporate clients in mind. The crowning jewels of the complex are the yard area and its hot tubs and the wilderness-inspired lakeside sauna.
Loppi Wilderness Villa is a separate and unique multifunctional villa, converted from an octagonal log cabin available year-round for accommodation, located right by the shore of Lake Syvälahti. This true wilderness hideaway in the middle of the forest is equipped with all amenities, and it includes a separate sauna building, which is also suitable for accommodation.
