Lost and found property

Since we deal with a lot of things left by our guests at our accommodation, our customer service only responds to lost property inquiries via the attached form. With this, we want to ensure that found goods are returned to their rightful owners.

Picking up found goods from the destination is not possible, but we deliver all found goods via mail according to the information provided in the form.

We can only give information about lost items to the person who originally made the accommodation reservation. We ask you to take this into account even if the person making the reservation is not staying at the destination.

A fee of 45 euros is charged for the processing of found objects according to our booking and payment terms. For a fee, we transport the found item to the nearest Mail Office, pack, post and pay the postage. The payment is invoiced using the same information as the original accommodation reservation made for the destination. The found item will be mailed when the invoice for the handling fee has been paid.
