Located roughly in the demographic center of Finland, Tavastia Privacy is simultaneously far from everything and close to everything – making it a practical destination for both relaxed conferences, accommodation, and cabin getaways.

The long table and the bar counter in the main hall can accommodate about twenty guests for conferences, dining, or toasting. The space continues into a more intimate lounge, serving as headquarters for both evening gatherings and group activities. At the end of the day, you can either unwind on the terrace in hot tubs or in the heat of the solid log backyard sauna – exactly as you prefer.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Located near the Evo hiking area in Hämeenlinna, Tavastia Privacy is a modernised forest estate offering privacy on 2.5 hectares of land. Tavastia Privacy is suitable for groups of 1–26 guests for accommodation, conferences, and year-round cabin getaways.

MAIN HALL AND LOUNGE/CONFERENCE SPACES: The villa’s main hall/conference room can accommodate approximately 20 guests with a long table and a small bar counter. The space extends into an open lounge that can be used for evening gatherings and group work. The main hall is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. There are 65 and 50-inch flat-screen TVs in the room, which also serve as presentation screens for conferences.

ACCOMMODATION: There are bed spaces for 23–26 guests in 6–7 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, and the main hall and lounge have sofa beds providing 4–6 additional bed spaces. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and an alcove with double bed in the upstairs hallway. There are blankets and pillows corresponding to the number of bed spaces. Additionally, spare mattresses are available.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with tableware for at least 25 guests, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

SAUNAS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The electric-heated indoor sauna can accommodate 6–8 people at a time on its benches. The shower room is equipped with a shower, and there is direct access from the dressing room to the terrace for cooling off. There are 2 toilets in the main building, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.

In the yard, there is a wood-heated, solid log sauna that can accommodate about 10 sauna-goers at a time.

OUTDOOR FACILITIES AND HOT TUBS: The covered terrace of the cabin has dining tables for nearly 20 guests, and in addition, there is a wilderness-themed terrace group in the forest garden. The lean-to is located in the heart of the forest garden, between the main building’s terrace and the yard sauna. One of the hot tubs is situated on its own terrace next to the yard sauna, and the other is next to the main building’s terrace. Both hot tubs can accommodate up to 6 people.

THE EVENT BARN: Located at the edge of the Tavastia Privacy yard area, the Event Barn is a renovated historical hay barn that provides a weather-protected setting for hosting events such as company kick-offs or even wedding celebrations in a truly rustic, wilderness-inspired environment—right next to Tavastia Privacy’s forest garden. The space can also be used as a stage for live bands or as a dance hall.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Tavastia Privacy is located near the renowned outdoor recreation areas of Evo, which offer dozens of kilometres of hiking and skiing trails.

PRICES: The booking price of Tavastia Privacy includes the facilities of the converted multipurpose villa, covering approximately 200 square metres, including the use of the indoor sauna. Additional services available for order include the yard sauna, 1 or 2 hot tubs, the lean-to, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or provided separately, and towels. We also offer programme services, dining services, and work services such as preparation of the saunas and hot tubs before the guests arrive. All additional services should be booked at least 14 days before arrival.
