All accommodation units are equipped with a smoke detector for your safety.
Never cover or remove the detector.
If you notice any malfunction (for example, a continuous beeping sound means the battery is running low), please contact our customer service immediately.
The alarm sound is a loud siren – if you hear it and do not know the reason, leave the building immediately!
If you see fire or smoke, stay calm but act quickly. Warn others in the building (knock on doors, shout “Fire!”) and exit promptly through the nearest safe exit.
Call 112 (emergency number) as soon as you are safe outside and give the exact address, which you can find in the villa’s entrance area and through the link provided.
Attempt to extinguish the fire only if it is small and you know how to use fire extinguishers.
If possible, close doors behind you when leaving.
Upon arrival, locate the nearest exit and the fire extinguisher/fire blanket.
The main door is usually the safest way out.
In larger villas (Räyskälä, Aulanko, and Evo Grand Villa), follow the green exit signs – they guide you to safety.
Once outside, do not leave the area without permission during an emergency, as rescue services may be looking for you.
Stay nearby until you receive further instructions from staff or emergency personnel.
Dial 112 for all emergencies (fire, accident, medical issue).
If your phone cannot connect to the network, go outside and try again, or ask another guest for help.
We recommend installing the free “112 Suomi” mobile app, available in your phone’s app store. It automatically provides your location to emergency services.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas and use the provided ashtrays.
Never smoke in bed or in forested areas.
Candles and outdoor torches are not allowed due to fire safety regulations.
If you use the villa’s fireplace or wood-heated sauna, follow the provided instructions carefully.
Never leave fire or a hot sauna unattended.
Ensure the fire is completely out before leaving or going to sleep.
Dispose of ashes only in metal containers – never in the trash or nature.
Keep villa doors locked when you are away, but make sure you can exit easily in case of an emergency.
Keep the first aid kit accessible – it is usually located in the entrance closet or a kitchen drawer.
Report any safety hazards immediately (e.g. faulty equipment, broken outdoor light, slippery stairs, or open well).
Movement within the property areas is at your own risk, but we aim to make the environment as safe as possible.
This safety guide is valid until further notice. It is reviewed at least once a year and whenever conditions change.
