The Räyskälä Lake Apartment is an uncomplicated conference and accommodation space located at the western end of the Räyskälä Grand Villa. Here, you can organise recreation days for up to 15 people, efficient team-building activities, or a traditional cabin getaway with family and friends.

The hot tubs on the elevated lakeside terrace are sure to put a halt to the working life, and at the end of the team day, it is easy to head to Lake Kaartjärvi for a refreshing swim, some boating, or even kayaking. During a conference or vacation day, you can recharge your batteries on the sauna section’s benches, in the hot tubs, or by the lakeside fireplace.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The Räyskälä Lake Apartment is an accommodation and conference space for up to 15 guests, located in Loppi’s Räyskälä, available for both business and private customers. The total area of the apartment is approximately 170 square metres, offering a splendid view of Lake Kaartjärvi.

The Lake Apartment can be rented as a standalone unit or as part of the Räyskälä Grand Villa and the Loppi Peace complex. The Lake Apartment can be booked as a standalone unit when booked at least 6 weeks before arrival and when there are no other guests staying at the Räyskälä Grand Villa.

LOUNGE AND KITCHEN SPACES: The Räyskälä Lake Apartment features a spacious multi-function kitchen suitable for dining and cooking together for about 15 people, with a magnificent view of Lake Kaartjärvi. The kitchen is equipped with tableware for 15 people, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. Additionally, the apartment includes a separate mini kitchen.

The apartment is equipped with a large 55-inch widescreen TV that can also be utilised as a presentation screen during conferences. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all spaces.

ACCOMMODATION: The Lake Apartment has enough bed spaces for up to 15 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are blankets and pillows corresponding to the number of bed spaces.

SAUNA, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The Lake Apartment includes a spacious sauna section on the lower floor, providing delightful sauna experiences for up to 15 sauna-goers. The sauna section is also equipped with a hot tub, 2 showers, and a toilet. Additionally, there are 2 toilets on the upper floor of the apartment.

OUTDOOR SPACES AND HOT TUBS: On the lake-adjacent side of the apartment, there is a 60-square-metre landscape terrace with 3 wood-heated hot tubs. The sauna section provides access to the landscape terrace and to swimming in Lake Kaartjärvi. Down by the lake, there is a barbecue shelter and a bonfire spot.

FISHING, BOATING, AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: It is easy to go fishing, boating, or kayaking on Lake Kaartjärvi from the Lake Apartment. During the winter, ice fishing, skiing, and ice skating are possible activities on the frozen lake.

PRICES: The booking price of the Räyskälä Lake Apartment includes the use of the apartment and the sauna section. Additional services that can be ordered include the use of hot tubs and the barbecue shelter, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or provided separately, and towels. We also offer boat and canoe rentals, programme services, fishing instruction, catering services, and work services such as preparing saunas and hot tubs before guests arrive. Please note that all additional services must be ordered at least 14 days before arrival.
