EVO PEACE is located on a unique area which’s history goes back to the 60’s when the Finnish government established a wilderness research facility in the area. All the buildings in the area have been regularly renovated and modernized. Also, now-a-days the buildings utilize an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient geothermal heating. Evo Centre is located near-by and offers a variety of designated hiking trails. The Wilderness Barn is a great addition to Evo Peace for hosting parties and celebrations.
Approximately 400 meters away is Lake Ylinen Rautjärvi, which has a private beach for Evo Peace guests and a rowing boat available. At the sandy beach you can stop for a swim or go fishing to entirety of three lakes. See Area Fishing Map.
EVEN THOUGH we’ll gladly provide delicacies to our guests through our catering service the Evo Hunt House has the means for independent cooking with its modern kitchen and complete tableware. Grilling is covered with a barbeque shelter and a grilling area next to the house. There is a terrace behind the house for relaxing while graving for the cooking food!
The house has a recently reconstructed electric sauna with showers – and a hot tub is just outside. There is a single toilet in the house.
WITH AN AREA OF 90 m2 the Evo Hunt House has 6 bed places. Blankets and pillows are included for the same amount as number of beds. The house’s living room works nicely as a conference room for small meetings. It also works perfectly as a separate space for a small team working independently with a bigger conference held in the Evo Grand Villa. Naturally Evo Hunt House is equipped with a large flat screen TV which can also be used in presentations and for gaming for example.
The entire Evo Peace area has a free high-speed wireless internet network, which includes not only villas, gardens and beach areas, but also the Wilderness Barn on the edge of the area. In addition to normal web surfing, the wi-fi also allows to organize meetings and seminars in the Evon Peace garden areas!
