Aulanko Lakeside consists of four buildings, where both corporate groups and private guests can enjoy the natural surroundings. Need space for small group work? It’s available. A lakeside sauna, hot tubs, and a jacuzzi? Of course! Activities fit for various tastes? More than you can imagine!

The area offers something to see and experience for days, from spas to golf and from observation towers to fishing trips. During the day, you can enjoy coffee breaks on the terrace and recharge in the refreshing waters. As the evening sets in, you can gather your group for stories around the barbecue spot, or enjoy a proper sauna session in two separate saunas.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Aulanko Lakeside, consisting of four buildings, is a versatile villa complex with around 22 bed places, situated in the Aulanko Peace area on the shores of Lake Aulangonjärvi in Hämeenlinna.

The Main Villa is a multipurpose villa with around 15 bed places. In addition to the Main Villa, the complex includes a 5-person Small Villa with a kitchen and a bathroom, a lakeside sauna, and a 4-person accommodation cabin available year-round.

MAIN HALLS AND LOUNGE/CONFERENCE SPACES: In the 130-square-metre Main Villa, there is a dining/conference room of over 50 square metres with space for approximately 20 people around a long table. In addition, around 10 people can be accommodated around the lounge area and the scenery bar counter. The space includes complimentary Wi-Fi access, and a large flat-screen TV serves as both a television and a presentation display. In the Small Villa, the living room kitchen has a roughly 2.5-metre-long dining table that can seat 8 people for dining and socialising. The Small Villa also has a large flat-screen TV that functions both as a television and a presentation display.

KITCHENS: The Main Villa’s kitchen is equipped with tableware for 20 people, and the Small Villa’s kitchen for 10 people. Both kitchens have an electric stove and oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

ACCOMMODATION: The Aulanko Lakeside complex has bed places for a maximum of 22 people across four buildings. The Main Villa has 11-15 bed places in 4 bedrooms and on the sofa beds in the living room. The Small Villa has 3 beds and a sofa bed for 2 people, the lakeside sauna has 2 beds, and the year-round accommodation cabin has 4 beds. There are blankets and pillows corresponding to the number of bed places.

SAUNAS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The electric sauna at the end of the Main Villa can accommodate about 8 bathers at a time. There is only a short distance from the sauna terrace to Lake Aulangonjärvi, the electric hot tub on the terrace, or the hot tub on the lakeside sauna terrace. The sauna section also has 2 showers and a toilet. Additionally, there’s a separate toilet in the villa’s lounge. In the Little Villa, the toilet and shower area is conveniently located as an extension of the entrance hall.

A separate lakeside sauna is located less than 20 metres from the shore. The sauna can accommodate 8 bathers, and from the terrace, you can access the pier and the lake directly. The lakeside sauna is also equipped with a shower and a toilet.

TERRACES AND OUTDOOR SPACES: The Main Villa’s covered terrace is over 50 square metres in size and surrounds the building from two sides. In the corner of the terrace, there is an electrically heated outdoor jacuzzi, and on the lakeside sauna terrace, there is a wood-heated hot tub.

FISHING, BOATING, AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Aulanko Lakeside is located less than 20 metres from the shore of Lake Aulangonjärvi, making it easy to go fishing, ice fishing, boating, or kayaking on the lake. During the winter, it is also convenient to access the Aulangonjärvi ice skating trail from the Aulanko Peace area.

Aulanko Lakeside is just a few hundred metres from Sibelius Forest, a nature reserve located on the eastern shore of Lake Aulangonjärvi. In the winter, you can easily access the Aulangonjärvi ski trail from the Aulanko Peace area.

PRICES: The basic booking price for Aulanko Lakeside includes the use of the Main Villa, the indoor sauna in the main building, and the accommodation cabin. Additional services available for order include the use of the Small Villa, lakeside sauna, barbecue area, hot tub and jacuzzi, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or provided separately, and towels. We also offer rental services for boats and canoes, programme services, catering services, as well as work services such as preparing the saunas and hot tubs before guests arrive.
